This double chocolate hummus is deliciously, spoon worthy! It is the perfect, guilt free way to indulge your sweet tooth. With just a little cocoa, sugar, and a few other ingredients, plain chickpeas are transformed into a rich double chocolaty dessert.
Now, when I find myself late at night, opening and closing the kitchen cabinets, late at night for a treat, I will reach for this hummus and some fruit.
I really like that all the ingredients for this hummus are ingredients that are always in my kitchen. And because it is a guilt free treat and easy to make, I can whip it up anytime the need for chocolate strikes me.
If the kids sneak a spoonful or two before dinner, I don’t have to worry because chickpeas are a great source of protein and fiber.
